GIVINGTUESDAY

GivingTuesday (Tuesday following Thanksgiving) was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Since then, it has become a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world.

Whether you can donate $5 or $5,000, it all makes a difference for a small nonprofit like Spectrum Health Care. Whether it is a purchase for new lab/clinic equipment, offsetting costs for patients who are uninsured, or for adding additional programs to support those most in need, every penny will be used with the utmost care.

We will be rolling out more giving options over the coming days. and throughout this month of giving. Until then, won’t you donate today to help kick this campaign off right? Donate now securely through our Square store#GivingTuesday  #GivingTuesdaySHC  #GivingBack #SHCmo

WORLD AIDS DAY

Every year, on December 1st since 1988, the world commemorates World AIDS Day. People around the world unite to show support for people living with and affected by HIV, and to remember those who lost their lives to AIDS. We join other groups and individuals across the globe as we continue to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS and demonstrate international solidarity in the fight for a cure.

Spectrum is in the middle of planning our World AIDS Day event, virtually of course. While this is new territory for us, we are fortunate to have a team on staff, consulting, and friends who will help navigate us through all the technology issues. SAVE THE DATE: December 1st!

This year, as last, we are following the theme of the World AIDS Day organization with Rock the Ribbon. We are in process of completing our store which have multiple World AIDS Day items including the ever popular Rock the Ribbon black t-shirts and ribbon lapel pins.

Follow us on Social Media, our website, and make sure you are subscribed to our email updates, so you will know immediately of developments, time, platforms and when our store is live to purchase World AIDS Day and SHC items. We are certain with help from friends, we will convert our very successful annual event at Café Berlin to an equally successful online event this year. Of course, volunteers are always appreciated to assist with the event itself or in promotion, so please reach out via our website#WorldAidsDay  #Solidarity  #Awareness  #RockTheRibbon
