Because of COVID-19 lockdowns and closures, HIV self-testing increased over the past two years, and it has proven to be a cost-effective way to make HIV testing more accessible in regions where healthcare is often a challenge—including rural, traditionally underserved and stigmatized communities.

In July 2022, Spectrum Health Care was awarded one of 53 grants by the Centers for Disease Control Foundation and the ONLY organization in Missouri to provide HIV At-Home Testing kits and information to high-risk individuals. The process is simple:

  • Complete the Survey – two pages with button selections and signature, download here or by selecting the image to the right.
  • Email the Survey –
  • Receive a Call – once your survey has been received and reviewed by staff, we will call to confirm all information and prepare your test order for shipment or pickup.

That’s it! Within days you should have the kit in hand with detailed instructions on how to take the test, interpret your results, and next steps. It’s easy as 1-2-3 to protect yourself and those your care about by knowing your status!
