The best way to prevent HIV and other STDs from spreading is by getting tested regularly. Some symptoms may go undetected, leaving you and those you encounter at risk. If you’re worried that you may have HIV or an STD, your first step is to get tested.

Spectrum Health Care offers “Spectrum After Dark” walk-in clinic. This clinic is offered on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday evenings from 5:30pm to 8pm. First come, first served. The tests offered are Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, and HIV. We ask that you consider making a donation for the testing services. There is a limit to the total number of tests that can be conducted each night, so you can call ahead to see if they are able to test. 573-514-7312.
